【iam8bit Exclusive Color】Split Fiction (Original Soundtrack) 2xLP (iam8bit Mio & Zoe Edition)

A wise duo once said it takes two to make a thing go right. The team at Hazelight Studios must have taken that sentiment to heart; their rich library of co-op games marry nuanced and complex narrative experiences with approachable, engaging gameplay.

Split Fiction follows in that grand Hazelight tradition with a healthy helping of bombast; coming off of the massive success of It Takes Two, the studio raised the stakes with a cinematic storyline, brilliant mo-cap acting, and a wild, audacious soundtrack that strikes the balance between the game’s sci-fi and fantasy inspirations. The music of Split Fiction is unforgettable from tip to toe, and here at iam8bit, we are so proud to bring it to vinyl.

This is the Split Fiction (Original Game Soundtrack) 2xLP (iam8bit Mio & Zoe Edition), 20 of the game’s greatest tracks mastered specifically for vinyl format and pressed on an all-new splatter colorway we’ve named after the game’s unlikely heroes: Mio & Zoe Vinyl.

For the album art, the brilliant Naomi VanDoren crafted a resplendent piece celebrating Split Fiction’s two unforgettable, immersive worlds, rendered in vibrant colors and painstakingly crafted linework. It has to be seen to be believed – much like the game itself.
