Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year's vacations). Items on hold or restock will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year's vacations) after receiving the items. If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order or restocked items, the pre-order or restocked items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year vacations) after the pre-order or restocked items are received.
Shipping charges are displayed on the shipping method page that appears following the cart page and the customer information page. Orders are not confirmed until the payment method page has been filled out and confirmed.
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us within 40 days after you receive the relevant shipping notification e-mail to inform us that your order has not been email@example.comPlease note that we will not be able to respond to any notification received after 40 days. Once we receive notification from the customer, we will arrange for an investigation to be conducted by the shipping company. If the loss of an item is determined through the procedures described in the previous section, we will immediately refund or reship the item. In the case of reshipment, please note that the delivery time will vary depending on the availability of stock.
