Shipping FAQs

Where are items shipped from? How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped directly from Japan.

Both domestic and international orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Japan. For international orders, items are sequentially shipped via the "WorldShopping BIZ (Zig-Zag, Inc.)" warehouse located in Japan.

In-stock Items Shipped within 5–7 business days
Pre-order / Restock Items Shipped within 3–5 business days after arrival
※Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are available.
How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the "Shipping Method Selection" screen after you enter your shipping address at checkout. You can review the exact amount before finalizing your payment.

I received a shipping notification, but my order hasn't arrived.

Please contact us via the Inquiry Form within 30 days of receiving the shipping notification email.

Once contacted, we will request an investigation with the carrier and typically report the results within 10 business days.

※Please note that inquiries made after 30 days may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
What if the item is damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order Number (#8bitJP...)
  • Description of the damage and photos showing the condition

Please keep the product, original packaging (box/cushioning), and the packing slip until the verification is complete. We will provide a replacement for the same item upon confirmation.

※If replacement stock is unavailable, we will issue a return and refund. Thank you for your understanding.
