Article 11 (Supervision of Entrusted Parties)

When our company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal data to a third party, we will establish a contract with the entrusted party, including confidentiality obligations, or seek agreement in accordance with terms and conditions stipulated by our company, and ensure necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the secure management of personal information by the entrusted party.

1. Users may request our company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") their own personal information held by our company through the procedures specified by our company, if the information is incorrect.
2. If our company determines that it is necessary to respond to a request under the preceding paragraph from a user and to comply with that request, our company will promptly carry out the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information.

2. Based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, if our company determines that there is a need to comply with the request, our company will promptly carry out the suspension of use, etc. of the relevant personal information.
3. When our company has performed the suspension of use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when a decision has been made not to perform the suspension of use, etc., our company will promptly notify the user of this fact.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where the suspension of use, etc., would incur substantial costs or if it is otherwise difficult to carry out, alternative measures can be taken that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user, our company will implement such alternative measures.
